To ensure the security of your CJ Wallet, CJ has updated the email change process.

Users can now request to update the connected email and submit withdrawal requests without a verification code by providing valid proof. This tutorial walks you through the steps.

1. Update Connected Email in My CJ > Profile

Step-by-step:

1.1 Go to My CJ > Profile > Registration Info > Change.

Enter a new email address and click "Send".

1.2 Click "Update Email" to fill in the info and submit the request.

1.3 Once submitted, a message will appear in the Registration Info section with a notice, "You have applied to change your email. Please wait for approval."

1.4 Click to view your application record.

1.5 You can manually cancel or view details of the request under My CJ > Email Update Records.

2. Withdraw from CJ Wallet Without a Verification Code

Step-by-step:

2.1 Go to My CJ > Wallet > Withdraw Cash.

2.2 Click the "Withdraw Without Verification Code" button. A pop-up window will appear prompting you to upload verification materials.

2.3 Once submitted, your request will appear in Email Update Records.

Note: This withdrawal request cannot be canceled once submitted, as it involves a financial transaction.

2.4 Important:

- You can only use this method if there was at least one order transaction placed after the last time you successfully changed your connected email via the withdrawal process.

- If this condition is not met, the system will prompt a failure message.
