For Shopify sellers, it's available to sync the tracking numbers to stores, while order status would change automatically. If you have set the shipping confirmation notification, the tracking numbers will be sent to your customers with a link.

If you have connected your store with CJ, the tracking URL with tracking numbers synced to your store is based on cjpacket.com or 17track.net. CJ offers the option of changing the tracking URL in the order details and shipping emails. 

Or after enabling the official logistics enhancement service, the system will return the accurate carrier information to Shopify, and Shopify will automatically generate the tracking link within the platform.

The general steps are:

1. Go to Authorization > Action;

2. Choose tracking URL;

The first option is: whether to enable the official logistics tracking enhancement service (recommended)

After enabling, the system will automatically match Shopify's official carriers each time a tracking number is synchronized, allowing customers to track orders directly within Shopify (the tracking URL is generated by Shopify).

At the same time, the system provides a way to check which countries and platform carriers have been configured. You can view them through the following link: List of official carriers with configured settings

If the carrier you wish to use is not listed, or if the carrier matching is not accurate enough, please contact your agent.

When a tracking number does not match the predefined rules, the default tracking URL will still be used for synchronization.

There are two tracking URLs available: cjpacket.com or 17track.net. You can select either one, and the tracking URL or tracking number will be synced based on your selection.

3. Or add your own tracking URL.

To satisfy customers' demands, it's also possible to add your own tracking link. But you should notice that the tracking numbers may not be inserted with the link if you add your own one or the 3rd party's.
