8 New Icons for Dropshipping Orders

CJ has added 8 icons for dropshipping orders to provide a better service. They offer new or useful functions in Orders > Imported Orders. They are:

1. Create orders

2. Import orders by Excel;

3. Failed orders management;

4. Bulk edit warehouse; 

5. Combine Orders;

6. Split orders

7. Export orders;

8. IOSS setting.


Let's go through them!

1. Create orders manually. You can create orders manually if you don't connect your store to CJ. For this situation, the product title or SKU is necessary.

Simple steps: click the icon > add the product to shopping cart > click "Next" to fill in the shipping information > Confirm.

2. Import orders by Excel is a more efficient option if you have many orders.

Steps: click the icon > download template > fill in all the order information > upload the document > Confirm. 

3. Failed orders management. It includes orders that failed to be imported. You will find related reasons and how to update them to Orders manually.  

4. Bulk change warehouse for orders. You can select one or more orders to change the warehouse.

Steps: select orders > click the button > select the order > Click "Change" > confirm. 

5. Combine multiple orders into one. When your customer places two or more orders and wants to receive them in one package, you can combine those orders into one.

Please note that those orders must be from the same store with the same shipping info. Otherwise, it will be failed.

6. Split orders. You can split your orders from one to many by product or by quantity. It is a great way to save shipping costs when your orders are overweight or oversized

7. Export orders. For better store management, you can export orders to get more information, like the best-selling products. Just select orders and click "Export Orders" icon. 

8. Sync IOSS setting. When you set up the IOSS in your Profile and found it didn't work for your imported orders, please try to update the settings.

Steps: 1. select the orders; 2. update "IOSS Setting."
