  • 1、How can I list all CJ products to my store or by bulk?

     You can list products in bulk to the Shopify store. We recommend you to bulk list according to the category.  But the bulk listing feature is only available for the Shopify store for now.

  • 2、Can I import CJ products to my store?

    Currently, we have integrated with Shopify, WooCommerce, eBay, Bigcommerce, Wix, PrestaShop, ShopLazza, Magento, AllValue, and Shipstation. If your store is one of them and authorized to CJ, you can LIST products to your store easily.

    If you don't have one of the stores mentioned above, you can also save the product images and upload them to your store and then place manual or Excel orders to us.

  • 3、How to list a variant before listing to Shopify?

    There are two methods:

    1. Choose one variant and click "Edit before Listing". The variant can be imported to your store as a product;

    2. List all of the variants together then copy the product in your Shopify store as many times as you need. Then just delete unnecessary variants out of each listing.

  • 4、Why listing to Shopify failed?

    There's a limit on how many Variants each product can have on Shopify. When you failed to list products to Shopify on CJ or other listing tools, please check if: 

    1. It exceeds the limit of 100 variants per Product;

    2. It exceeds the current limit of 1,000 variants each day, when your shop already has 50,000 variants. 

  • 5、Can the main image be added when listing?

    Yes. Main images can be added together with variant images when you list one product to your store now.

    Just click "Edit before Listing" and select the images you need, and then you could view them in the "Media" section from your Shopify admin.


  • 6、I can't sync inventory to my Shopify store.

    First, please make sure the "Inventory Sync" in My CJ > Authorization is enabled. Then, there are two methods when the inventory is still not tracked.

    1. On Shopify: Click "Edit Variants > Inventory > Inventory managed by", and choose "cjdropshipping" as the inventory manager. Don't forget to tick "Track Quantity" and save!
    2. On CJ: Go to Products > Connection, select all the variants and click "Yes" for "CJ Fulfillment > Inventory Managed by CJ".

  • 7、How to add multiple vendors for a single product on Shopify?

    Shopify store supports multiple suppliers, so you can use any dropshipping supplier app like Oberlo, CJdropshipping, Dsers, etc. Please note that one product can only have one supplier at a time unless you add two products with different suppliers. 

  • 8、Is it possible to list products from CJ to my store?

    Sure, products from Shopify, eBay, and Woocommerce stores can be listed after authorizing your store.

  • 9、How to import products reviews from CJ to Shopify store?

    At present, you can import product reviews to your Shopify store. Tutorial

    Here're the main steps:

    1. Login Shopify admin to install Product Reviews (App);

    2. Export Reviews from the CJ platform (10,000 reviews at most for a product);

    3. Modify Reviews CSV file;

    4. Import Reviews (CSV file) at Products Reviews in your Shopify store.
