How to Use CJ's Print on Demand Feature?
POD (Print on Demand) products refer to the items that both you and your customer can design. Here we introduce how you, CJ customers, operate it. The general steps: 1. Search and pick a product from the Print On Demand section; 2. Click "Design" on the product detail page; 3. Design the product and save it; 4. Fill in product information and save it; 5. Check the product in Service > Print on Demand > Design Myself list. The specific steps: 1. Search and pick any product you are interested in from our Print on Demand marketplace. 2. After entering the product page, please click "Design" on the page. 3. Design the picture and save it. You can add text or upload and adjust your picture in the "Design Layer". Please note that the size of the design picture should be bigger than 1000*1000 px. Then click "Save". You can see the simple mockup for this product with your design. 4. In the "Product Information" part, you can change the product name, select the variant colors, and the shipping method for your unique product. Then click "Save" to complete the design. It may take a few seconds to complete due to the size of your picture. 5. After that, you can check your own design in the Service > Print on Demand > Design by Myself list. By clicking the image or name of the product, you can view all the details on the next page. Then you can list this product to your store or order it directly. Your customer can view the designed products with your own logo. Note: Before you list the designed products to your store, please go to the authorization page to check if the POD feature is enabled. What to Do If I Accidentally Delete a Product in My Store?
Sometimes, we may accidentally delete the products that have been listed from CJ. Then, some may try to re-list them, only to receive the error information like "List Failed. The product already existed in this store. Please don't repeat." What should you do now? Let's take a Shopify store as an example. Here are general steps: 1. Find the listed product on CJ; 2. Delete it from the Listed section; 3. With the SKU, find the product and relist. Find the product by the copied SKU. You can search the product by SKU on the search bar. Then, follow the same process to list it again, after which you can check the product on Store Products and Listing Records. How to Return Dropshipping Orders to CJ?
Out of some reasons, you might need to deal with the return requests from your customers. In this case, you would need to learn CJ's Refund Resend and Return Policy before dealing with the return requests. Please note that products can only be returned to our China warehouse and you have to open a dispute for the order. Besides, we highly recommend you contact your agent first before sending the products to us in preventing any unnecessary errors. Here are the general steps of returning products: 1. Go to Orders > Disputes > Return; 2. Setting > Fill in a store link and upload a store image; 3. Send the return link to your customer; 4. Order Number and Email are requisite. 1. Go to Disputes in Orders and click the "Return" button on the top right corner. 2. Click "Setting". Fill in a store link and upload a store image. In this way, the URL will be for your customer only. Please make sure that you have well-authorized stores on CJ, otherwise you're unable to get the Return Link. 3. Send the Return Link to your customer and let him/her fill in the form. Then you can contact your agent to deal with it for you. 4. Please note that the Order Number and the Email are requisite. Reminder: a. We do not recommend returning products to our warehouses, because the international shipping cost is high and usually, it takes at least 3 months to arrive at CJ China Warehouse. Most of them are liable to be damaged or lost on the way. b. If the products have to be returned, please return them within 30 days after signing. c. You have to open a dispute for the order and choose the refund type as "Order Returned". After completing the above steps, all we need to do is wait for the delivery. How to Post a Sourcing Request on CJ?
You can post a sourcing request if you cannot find your desired products or matched results for your store products, which is one of the most vital services CJ can provide. Once successfully sourced, you can connect and list the sourced result to your store. Sourcing requests will be handled within 24 hours. You can post sourcing requests: 1. From CJ homepage or Service > Sourcing; 2. Via Chrome Extension on Taobao, 1688, and AliExpress. Sourcing requests can be posted for 1. Store Existing Product; 2. Individual Product. You can post a sourcing request by: 1. Click Sourcing on the homepage or go to Service > Sourcing > Post Sourcing Request (on the top right), you can post sourcing requests for Store Existing Products or Individual Products; 2. Why is My Tracking Number Not Synced to Shopify?
Before tracking numbers can be synced to Shopify, you need to select Shopify or CJdropshipping as your product inventory manager. Otherwise, your orders cannot be fulfilled by CJ. In other words, due to the Shopify policies, if any other platform rather than CJdropshipping or Shopify has been selected for order fulfillment in your Shopify admin, tracking numbers will not be synced when you're trying to have CJ fulfill your orders. You can have an overview of which orders have been imported to CJ and which tracking numbers are not synced to your Shopify store by installing the CJ Chrome extension: Even though you picked a third-party platform as your product inventory manager at first, we can still fulfill your orders from Shopify stores and the tracking number will be synchronized to Shopify as it used to be. To free things from trouble, a more recommended way is to select CJdropshipping as your product inventory manager on the Shopify management system as it is and will be more stable and assured. So, how to let CJ become your inventory manager? Main Steps: 1. List and find the product in your store; 2. Select the variants to edit; 3. The Common WooCommerce Store Issues and Solutions
WooCommerce is one of the most important cooperated platforms, and WooCommerce customers are highly valued on CJ. But sometimes WoomCommerce issues arise one after another and make you confused and crazy. Given that, we offer references for you about a series of common WooCommerce issues. Three parts are concluded: 1. Authorization issue; 2. Listing issue; 3. Order syncing issue; 1. Authorization issue; (1) The "www" cannot be missed if it is part of your domain name. You must put it on when you are authorizing your Woocomerce store. But it is not necessary if your website domain doesn't begin with "www". "https://" must be removed. (2) Read/Write permission is incredibly important. You are supposed to give read and write permission to CJ. And CJ will offer better service for you. You need to visit the CJ system and reconnect if you only allow single Read or Write permission. (3) Correct "key" and "secret" are necessary. Sometimes, you got the "Authorize Failed" information. Simply, you fill in the wrong "key" and "secret". Please double-check it. (4) Only HTTPS is supported. When authorizing the store, it will first visit the web which begins with "https", so it is recommended to upgrade the site to "https". (5) Incorrect URL or "Plain" permalink. You need to use the right URL on WooCommerce. Click Settings > Permalinks > Common Settings. Then choose a new one. It always works. Plain is a default setting and you need to change to others. 2. Listing issue. (1) "Invalid or duplicated SKU" Issue/"UGS non valide ou dupliqué". Normally, it is out of the existing products in your store. They share the same SKU. Please check if the product is existing or not, you can choose to delete or keep it. (2) Too Many Variants. You may list failed if you choose too many variants. You can choose a few variants and list them to your store. Then, edit them in your store. (3) "Sorry, you cannot list resources." It's because you deleted the API from your WooCommerce admin and we can't access your store. You can reauthorize your store to solve the problem. (4) "Please ensure there is enough space in your WooCommerce media library before listing again." Please check if it's possible to increase the memory of your media library. Please do exactly as follows: (1) Check if you have authorized the right store or not. We cannot sync your orders if you don't authorize your store to CJ. After authorization, CJ can move on and sync orders. (2) Check if the products have been connected to CJ or not. Only by having a connection with CJ can we fulfill the products and orders. (3) Check if your orders are available to be fulfilled. Orders should be processing and with Shipping address. Otherwise, you are supposed to change the order status on WooCommerce.
