China warehouses a. Jinhua warehouse/Jinfeng warehouse Both warehouses are located in Zhejiang, a coastal province in southeastern China. The two cities, Jinhua and Jinfeng, enjoy flourishing business development and have plenty of suppliers and factories. Therefore, many ordinary products in our customers' orders are dealt with in the two warehouses. Note: If you place private inventory orders of POD products in the China warehouse, we recommend you choose the Jinhua warehouse because of its better equipment to produce this kind of item.  b. Dongguan warehouse The warehouse is in one of China's economic centers. If your orders include products of special attributes, such as liquid, electronic, and pasty fluid, we normally ship them from the Dongguan warehouse. 2. US warehouses (New Jersey and Chino warehouses) CJ has two warehouses respectively in the east and west of the US. One is in New Jersey and the other in Chino. If you choose the US warehouse to ship your products, we usually allocate the closest one for you according to the order destination so that your customers can receive the packages as soon as possible. 3. Poland Warehouse  Our Poland warehouse is located in Swiecko. If your customers are mainly from the European continent, the warehouse will be a good choice to ship products from. Note: 1. Orders placed from the US warehouses can but be sent within the country. On the contrary, orders from the Poland warehouse can reach the following countries, including Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Ireland, Greece, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, and Germany. 2. All our own warehouses can serve as places for private inventory. In addition, fulfillment service is available to all warehouses in line with their respective conditions and rules. 3. Our POD products are printed in the China warehouses. If you want to have a private inventory of POD products, we do not have a MOQ requirement in domestic warehouses, but there is a MOQ at overseas warehouses. 4. Custom packaging should be the same as that of the products in your orders. In other words, if your products are shipped from the Jinhua warehouse, it means that your custom packaging should also be stocked in the Jinhua warehouse. Then our warehouse can pack them together and ship them to your customers. 5. CJ can fulfill your orders automatically if you have connected your Shopify store to CJ. Now, your Shopify store can automatically send emails to your customers when the orders are fulfilled by CJ. Just follow the steps below: 1. Authorize your Shopify store to CJ; 2. Allow Email Permission on CJ; 3. Set up an email template on Shopify.   1. Go to Authorization > Shopify to connect your Shopify store to CJ. Then, CJ can fulfill your orders automatically if you have connected your store products to CJ's products.   2. Allow Email Permission. Email Permission is automatically allowed once you have authorized your Shopify store. Your customers will receive the notification of 'Shipping Confirmation' from Shopify when CJ generates the tracking number and sync it to your store.    3. Set up the email template on Shopify in your store admin > Settings > Notifications > Shipping > Shipping confirmation. Sometimes, we may accidentally delete the products that have been listed from CJ. Then, some may try to re-list them, only to receive the error information like "List Failed. The product already existed in this store. Please don't repeat." What should you do now? Let's take a Shopify store as an example.  Here are general steps: 1. Find the listed product on CJ; 2. Delete it from the Listed section; 3. With the SKU, find the product and relist.     Find the product by the copied SKU. You can search the product by SKU on the search bar. While listing products to eBay, you may encounter the issue that "Items Left to List on eBay: 0" or "Amount limit: 0". It would result in a failure in the listing. Generally, it is because you have run out of your listing quantities or amount on eBay.   In this event, you could solve it through the following 2 steps:  1. Check the "Monthly limits" on your eBay store first. 2. Apply for more if you don't have enough listing quantities.   1. How to check the Monthly limits in your eBay store? Normally, you could check it by entering eBay's homepage> My eBay > Selling >Slide to the bottom > Monthly limits.     Note:  Different sites might have different entrances, and the currency could be different. Please remember to switch to your registered listing site. Before tracking numbers can be synced to Shopify, you need to select Shopify or CJdropshipping as your product inventory manager. Otherwise, your orders cannot be fulfilled by CJ. In other words, due to the Shopify policies, if any other platform rather than CJdropshipping or Shopify has been selected for order fulfillment in your Shopify admin, tracking numbers will not be synced when you're trying to have CJ fulfill your orders. You can have an overview of which orders have been imported to CJ and which tracking numbers are not synced to your Shopify store by installing the CJ Chrome extension:   Even though you picked a third-party platform as your product inventory manager at first, we can still fulfill your orders from Shopify stores and the tracking number will be synchronized to Shopify as it used to be. To free things from trouble, a more recommended way is to select CJdropshipping as your product inventory manager on the Shopify management system as it is and will be more stable and assured. So, how to let CJ become your inventory manager?   Main Steps: 1. List and find the product in your store; 2. Select the variants to edit; 3. Go to Inventory > Inventory Managed by > choose "CJdropshipping" ; 4. Click "Save" to complete it.   General steps: 1. List and find the product in your store. a. On CJ, click "View it on store" when you list it successfully.   b. On Shopify, click "All Products" to find the product.   2. Select the variants to edit.   3.
