You can now create sub-accounts and assign different permissions to your team members, allowing them to access your account based on your authorization. How to Verify Email After Registration?
For security reasons, your email needs to be verified after registration. Here are two ways to verify your email address. 1. Activate Email in your mailbox after you register the account; After filling in the registration form, an email of "Registration Success" will be sent to your inbox and you can click the link provided to verify your email address with one click. 2. Log in to your account > Click "Verify Email" > Enter the verification code to verify. If you didn't verify your email after registration, there is another way to verify your email. Click "Verify Email", and a 6-digit verification code will be sent to you. Please do not keep operating to send the verification code. There is a delay in receiving the code. Please note that you need to verify your email again following the steps above after changing the email. If you fail to receive the verification mail, please check your spam box first! How to Connect your Store's Different Variants to CJ's One Variant?
Our customers need to know the details of a product both in your store and on the CJ platform before making a connection between the two because there may exist a slight difference. Take a pair of slippers as an example, SKU: CJBHNSNS00449. It shows Chinese size in CJ's app, and one variant contains two different sizes, such as CJBHNSNS00449-White-38 39. It contains two sizes, and is suitable for sizes 38 and 39. However, there are specific sizes in your store. You have two variants size 38 and size 39. So you need to connect the same variant in CJ to your store's variants twice or more. Here are the general steps: 1. Products > Store Products > Unconnected; 2. Sync the store > Search the products in your store > Click Search image/Match/enter SKU directly > Pin the product when the product shows up > Click Connect; 3. Select your store's variant "S Brown D" on the left part, and click the CJ's variant "CJBHNSNS00000-White B-44 45" on the right part. Let's repeat the same steps just like above, but this time choose your store's variant "M Brown D". 4. Products > Store Products > Connected to check the connection. How to List CJ Products to Your Shopify Store?
Listing products to your store is the first step to starting your business after connecting your Shopify store with CJ. In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps of listing a product to your Shopify store. General steps: 1. Find products on the CJ platform. You can browse our trending products or search by keyword. 2. Click "List" to import the product to your store; List It Now or Add the product to My Products and list it to store later! If you want to charge your customer extra tax fee, then tick "Charge Tax". If there is no choice in the drop-down box, please click "Add New" to enter a new one. We recommend you enter your store name in the "Vendor" section. Remember to select the shipping method and destination country for the estimated shipping cost. 3. Check the listed products in My CJ > Recent Activity > Listed and in your store. After the pop-up shows Listed Successfully, you can click "View it in store" to check it. Also, you can go to the Product Records section to check it on the CJ platform. Note: In some cases, the listing may be unsuccessful, here we list some situations and solutions for your reference. Reasons: 1. "Daily variant creation limit reached. Please try again later"/ "Daily listing amount exceeded. Please try again tomorrow." 2. Platform media publishing failed [f"image":["lmage URL is invalid"]] Suggestions: 1. In this case, you can only list 1,000 variants per day as there already have more than 50, 000 variants in your store. Please try again after 24 hours. 2. What is the Difference Among List, Connect, and Source?
In order to have your orders fulfilled by CJ, connections must be established between products in your store and CJ. Below is a brief introduction of 3 different types of connections between products in your store and CJ. 1. List: You can list existing products on CJ to your store directly. Note: A connection relationship would be created automatically. 2. Connect: You can connect products in your store to CJ if matched products can be found(Hopefully with lower prices). In this way, the same products can be delivered via shipping methods available on CJ. 3. Source: You can source products if there are no matched products to be connected to the ones in your store, or simply source new products before listing them to diversify your store collection. 1. List: If you plan to sell products using CJ's images and descriptions, you could use the function List. The process of listing a product includes: a. Find the product you want and click 'List'. b. Edit the necessary information and submit. (Find more details in the tutorial here.) Then the product would appear in the selected store. You’ll be able to check the product in Products > Listed/Connection. When orders are placed for the listed products from your store, they can be synced to CJ and paid. Then we’ll be able to fulfill them for you. Note: If you want to list the products again after deleting them in your store, please remove the products in 'Listed' beforehand. 2. Connect a. You want CJ to provide products and services for the items you have already posted in your store. b. It is recommended that you check the connection of your previously listed item if you have modified information such as product title, SKU, description, and tags. You’ll need to reconnect to ensure connections are valid before relevant orders can be synced. There are 3 steps to manually get items connected. a. Go to Products > Connection and click the button "Add Automatic Connection." b. Find the needed items respectively from your store and CJ. c. Connect them. (Find more details in the tutorial here.) Note: Please make sure the product you searched from the CJ is the one you’d like us to send to the buyers, which means even if the one from CJ is different from the one in your store, our system can only recognize the product of our platform and send fulfill your order according to it. And the difference is liable to lead to mistakes. 3. If you cannot find your desired product on CJ, you can post a sourcing request. Your request will be handled in 1 working day before you can connect or list the product - if a matched product can be found. Here are the steps: a. How to Search or Source a Product by Image on CJ?
A feature called "Search by image" has gone online, which allows you to search or source items via images rather than keywords. Whenever you find products on the internet or see anything you like in daily life, just screenshot it and search it on the CJ website. Our system will recognize it and give related products within just a few seconds. 1. How to search by image a. Go to CJ homepage; b. Drag or upload an image from your device; 2. How to source by image? a. Go to Service > Sourcing > Post Sourcing Request; b. Store Existing Product: click your store product; c. Individual Product: upload an image. 1. How to search by image? a. Go to CJ homepage > find the small icon of the camera. b. Drag or upload an image from your device, and you will get the matching results if CJ already published this product. How to Connect eBay with CJ?
Before connecting your eBay store with CJ, please make sure the store name you enter on the CJ platform is consistent with the user ID of your eBay store. Otherwise, the authorization won't succeed. Here are the general steps: 1. Go to Apps on CJ. 2. Click Add Store. 3. Log in to your eBay store and get it authorized. 1. Go to Apps > eBay. Then, click the button Add Stores. After that, you would see the picture below. Click the button "I agree" to get your store authorized. At last, you could go back to the authorization page of eBay stores. Log in and go to Apps > ShipStation > Add Store; 2. Fill in the API Key and API Secret; 3. Check the authorization status on CJ. Here are specific steps: 1. Log in and go to Apps > ShipStation > Add Store; 2. Fill in the API Key and API Secret. a. Get the API Key and API Secret; Log in to your ShipStaion account; Go to Setting > Account > API Setting > Generate API Keys. b. Copy and Paste API Keys & API Secret in the required fields and click "Authorize." 3. Check the authorization status on CJ. How to Connect WooCommerce by Default?

How to Connect Your Shopify Store to CJ?
Possible failure of authorization: 1. CJ app has been added, but the page has not been directed. 2. Your Shopify store has been connected to another CJ account. Solution: 1. Search the CJ app in your admin and log into CJ. 2. Log into the Shopify account that had previously connected to CJ. Or, you may use our Store Transfer feature. There are two ways to connect your Shopify store to CJ: 1. Install Shopify APP: CJdropshipping on Shopify APP Store; 2. Authorize Your Store Manually. a. Go to Apps > Shopify, and click "Add Stores". b. Enter your Shopify Address. Note: Please enter the default URL provided by Shopify. You can find it in your Shopify admin. c. Log in to your Shopify account and follow the steps in Shopify to connect your store to CJ. After connecting your Shopify store to CJ, we are authorized to obtain the names, addresses, purchased products of your customers, and the order numbers generated in your store for handling your Shopify orders on CJ. Mode 1: Mode 2: d. Once you finish the connection, you will see the pop-up of "Authorization Success". e. Go to Apps to review the status of your authorized store. After authorizing your Shopify Shops, you can: a. Easily post sourcing requests regarding the existing items in your Shopify store. b. Connect the items in your store to your sourced products on CJ. c. Sync your Shopify orders to CJ automatically.
